We are writing to tell you just how amazing our officiant Sherrie Bushen was. She went above and far beyond our expectations. She was on time for our first appointment, well prepared, all smiles and full of helpful information we hadn't even thought of. On our big day...Sherrie was dressed very nicely, she was again on time/early, well prepared, all smiles and fabulous. She even brought a paper weight to hold down the certificate (we were married outside) - something we definitely would have not thought to do! Throughout the whole process she was professional but still very easy to talk to, reliable and more than willing to let us customize our ceremony. Sherrie Bushen went above and beyond our expectations. She was of immense assistance in the lead up to our big day, helping us to manoeuvre the logistics of our wedding in Canada whilst we were located in Australia. She enhanced the wording of our ceremony, researching the history of the reading we had chosen and incorporating this and other aspects into the ceremony itself. We expected we would encounter difficulty considering we were arranging our wedding from the other side of the world. Instead, the responses from your office were fast and very helpful. For certain Sherrie Bushen was the right person for the job! It seemed our outside Maritime wedding couldn’t get more complicated from blustering winds and rain, to the late arrival of our tent. But each time something seem to fall apart, Sherrie would be there with quick thinking and loads of practical advice. She not only helped with keeping us calm and getting things organized but she also read the crowd perfectly; bringing in a level of romance and love but also a certain level of hilarity.
