Julie was born and raised in Quebec City, but after meeting her future husband, she decided to follow her heart and move to Ottawa to start their lives together. Today they have three beautiful children. Julie is fluently bilingual and able to perform a service in French and English. She is very personable, accommodating, incredibly open-minded and supportive. She is a very approachable individual who treats everyone with respect and genuinely cares about others.
