Originally from the Congo, Fidèle spent 17 years living in Germany and Austria and since 2016 has been living in Manor Park in Ottawa. Fidèle is a former Catholic priest who, since having married, understands the richness married life can bring when you find the right person. Fidèle is fluent in English, French and German and his love and ability to learn languages led to a ministry career in teaching. Presently, he's a relaxed professional language teacher for the public. Known for his energetic and optimistic approach to life, Fidèle enjoys writing, music-making, and provides community support for new immigrants. He also is passionate about soccer and cycling, sharing life with his wife Julie Ann and friends of all ages. Fidèle would be delighted to meet you and help you celebrate your love story!

After getting engaged, we decided we wanted a small, low-key but fun wedding. We decided to go with The Ottawa Wedding Chapel (All Seasons) because the venue was beautiful, the service was incredible, and the options were exactly what we wanted! Fidèle Buloki was incredible! He was able to match the energy of the day and was so warm and welcoming. All of our family loved him as our officiant. He even threw in some jokes about our joint email address name that my husband and I had completely forgotten about doing (combining our two first names). It was the small attention to details that truly made our day amazing. Three years later, we are still getting comments about our wedding. On top of that, my father-in-law eventually chose this venue for his wedding, which was beautiful. Don’t hesitate to choose this venue and Fidèle as your officiant! September 2023
Rev. Fidèle Buloki was very professional and officiated the wedding smoothly, effectively, and to full satisfaction. I speak French, but my husband speaks English. He was able to officiate fluently in both languages, moving between them with ease and even making jokes. I would definitely recommend him to officiate in the future.
