Bruce Whittier
Bruce is originally from the Annapolis Valley and moved to Halifax in 1996. If you want a civil ceremony, we recommend Bruce who is a licenced administrative JP in the Province. He is limited to conducting civil ceremonies. Bruce says: "I am honoured to have raised 14 children as a foster parent and owned and operated a Dairy farm. I’m well known in my community through my passion for genealogy, antiques and collectables, and being an avid treasure hunter. My passion also extends to conducting wedding ceremonies. Making dreams come true and having your day the most amazing is my goal. I always arrive early and will roll up my sleeves to help out where needed. I look forward to working with you and your family to make your special day the most memorable."
