John Pratt

As a Designated Minister my former career was as a Commisioned RCMP officer. I also had the most rewarding experience to travel to Africa and consult in the rebuilding of the Sierra Leone Police force. More recently, I enjoyed a four year term as Councillor for the Township of Greater Madawaska. Today, my wife Donna and I and our Portuguese Waterdog Mitzy, enjoy the great outdoors at home in Calabogie, and where I indulge in one of my passions; gardening. I look forward to officiating whatever type of wedding ceremony you would like for your special day.

you were just awesome at our wedding. I really appreciated your understanding of the special touches at the wedding, like the ring bear and "Snow", and your great laughs and entertainment during the ceremony. We could really tell that you loved doing the ceremony and spent effort getting to know them, and I just want to thank you on behalf of the Thompson family. A job well done! Thank you!

We recently had the privilege of having Mr.John Pratt as our wedding officiant. Mr.Pratt was nothing but great since the first time we reached out to him. I was quite nervous about standing in front of a crowd and John made sure help me feel comfortable. Thanks to his great personality, kindness, and humor, we were able to enjoy the moment (and so did our guests). Thank you so much for everything you've done, our wedding was a dream come through!
