We wanted a bilingual wedding to represent both of us. Jean Duval did a great job blending the two so our families who only spoke one language were able to understand, but those who spoke both English and French weren't bored with repetition. August 2024

Jean Duval was the first one that caught our eyes. We reached out to him to speak, and we didn’t need to look any further. Jean was super adaptable when we had some touch challenges and had to make some changes. He was especially good at making the ceremony short and sweet but keeping it meaningful and upbeat. Jean Duval made the process was extremely easy and quick. Having all the profiles to read, as well as filters to use so that we could narrow down our search for a bilingual officiant was extremely helpful. The whole day! We absolutely cannot pinpoint one thing in particular, however having Jean as our officiant was definitely a highlight! He was absolutely fantastic. Absolutely! Jean was amazing! He felt like he was apart of the family and made our ceremony so personal and full of emotion. Everyone asked if we had known him for a long time, that is how personable and wonderful he is!

Jean Duval was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. We had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic, and we were glad that Jean was still available for us. We quickly felt that Jean was a perfect fit, and our preparatory meeting confirmed it. He put us at ease and we felt ready for the big day. He knew how to advise us and guide us through everything we needed and was able to pinpoint our personality to suggest the best possible avenues for our ceremony. Jean is a very good listener, he is patient and cheerful. Our ceremony unfolded perfectly, Jean knew how to make our loved ones cry and laugh. Our guests gave us nothing but good comments about the ceremony. Jean felt like a friend. We know our day wouldn't have been the same without him! We needed a bilingual officiant in Quebec, as my family speaks French and my husband's family speaks English, and it was easy to find the necessary information on the website. Jean Duval was an amazing officiant! Even during initial chats, we knew he’d be very easy going, friendly, and informative. We chose to work with him immediately. To Jean Duval. Because we were to wed in an outdoor ceremony, we had the difficult task of finding someone to marry us. We needed someone who could perform the ceremony in both French and English but also could incorporate both of our religions, Baptist and Catholic! Quite the task! We started communicating with Jean via email. He would answer all of our questions very quickly and we liked what he had to say. We've first met Jean Duval when he conducted our daughter's Baptism ceremony and were impressed by his ability to make individuals feel at ease during a relatively stressful period. When my husband and I decided to make our union official, there was no hesitation as to where we would get our officiant. Jean performed both of our ceremonies in a professional and courteous manner to which we were forever grateful.
