Theresa Marie is a Justice of the Peace who creates customized ceremonies for couples that captures your personalities, tone of your ceremony and all the important elements of your relationship to create a very special and memorable experience. With an extensive background in health and education, her experience in managing people and facilitating events of all sizes makes her able to be adaptable, flexible and able to deal with whatever comes up. Described by brides and couples as “warm and enthusiastic”, having “patience and kindness”, Theresa Marie honors all faiths, beliefs and genders and has performed weddings with unique and special situations. A long time cancer survivor, she is very active in volunteering with cancer organizations and she believes in community and kindness. An avid cyclist, traveler, cook and foodie, Theresa Marie and her husband and their daughter live in Halifax with their spirited goldendoodle, Hailey.
