Tim Foster
Tim has 23 years of experience and has officiated 100s of weddings in and around Owen Sound, Colborne and Havelock. He and his wife Marilyn live in Peterborough and have two children, two grandchildren and tank full of fish. Tim has a Bachelor of Theology from the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, and a Master of Education degree specializing in Learning Disabilities, and Educational Technology from Athabasca University. Officiating weddings has always been one of his most enjoyable tasks. Tim believes every wedding ceremony should be a joyful and unique experience for the couple. It will be his delight to apply his experience to your special day.
